Smiles for Miles is a friendly social run club in Solomons, Calvert County. We meet every Sunday at 8 am in the Patuxent Plaza parking lot, rain or shine, and we run intervals: one minute walking, one minute running, three miles or more. Slow, fast, brand new or experienced, you’ll find your people.
New and old, slow or fast. You don’t need any running experience, and nobody gets left behind.
