Meet your coach. Jess leads the Sunday run at Patuxent Plaza.
Hi, I’m Jess: the club began in December 2023 and has grown to more than 150 members. I lead the Sunday run and keep it simple with intervals and no pressure, and is at the start with a smile and a cheer.
How I coach: nobody gets left behind, walk breaks are welcome, and every mile counts.
Come say hi: Sunday at 8 am at the plaza, or a message through the Facebook group.
